Service was great! Pros! Juggling taking orders, delivering orders, and all with a good vibe. Food was delicious. It was my first time, and I ordered the marinated pork street tacos with guacamole...it was simply delicious and kinda perfect. Corn tortillas, marinated pork, onions, cilantro, and the extra guac...{Kiss:MUAH!} Perfect!! So looking forward to going back!

Front end cashier lady on Tuesdays is very friendly and helpful! Love her! Y’all should put up wasp traps! Traps are pretty cheap on Amazon.

Asada quesadilla was fantastic! The pork tacos shells were too wet though flavor was good. Horchata is good too.

Some of the best carne asada tacos in town, very reasonable prices and super fast service. It has a few outside picnic tables if you want to eat there.

Work took me to Pullman a couple weeks in a row. Taco Tuesday is basically a ritual for me so I wanted to find cheap street tacos and Taqueria Las Torres delivered. Very friendly staff, quick service and awesome tacos.

I've been here way too much since they've returned for the season, because it's that good. There can be quite a line on Taco Tuesdays, and peak dining hours, but they get through service pretty quick. Worth the wait! Also, watch out for pedestrians on the trail pathway when navigating for parking!

This is absolutely my favorite place in Pullman to get a delicious lunch for a great value. It's located right along the paradise creek trail which is great if you want to grab something to eat while you walk. The best time to go is on Tuesday when the tacos are only $1.38. They do have an upcharge if you're paying with a credit card so be sure to bring cash

Let me make myself perfectly clear, if there was a sixth star that I could award this place, I would do so. If there was a seventh star, I would do so. But alas, I can only express the love I have for this taco truck in 5 gleaming stars. I have been going here for roughly a year now and the food is always fresh. The flavor is always immaculate. The staff is always friendly and fast. But man… those tacos are just otherworldly. Flavored to perfection. If I could only eat one thing for the rest of time it would probably be the tacos from this truck. If you are ever in the Pullman area you will be doing yourself a huge favor showing this place some love. And $1 tacos on Tuesdays?!? We don’t deserve this place.
